AI Round-up: April 3, 2026

Anthropic's Claude Code leak fallout

Anthropic's Claude Code leak fallout still dominated the community layer in this snapshot. YouTube remained packed with leak explainers and clone demos, while Reddit centred on repo takedowns, usage limits, and subscription frustration around Claude Code.

The official X and news layers were much more product-led. OpenAI pushed ChatGPT in CarPlay and usage-based Codex pricing for business teams, Google DeepMind rolled out Gemma 4, Anthropic highlighted its emotion-concepts paper, and OpenAI's TBPN acquisition stayed the clearest news story alongside Microsoft's AI security push.
